By accessing or using zerapatches.com (the "Site") and our custom patch manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders & Artwork

When you submit artwork or designs for custom patches, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such artwork or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it. Zera Patches is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from the production of your custom designs.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing material.

3. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and begin only after you have approved the final digital mockup and provided full payment (or as otherwise agreed). While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Quality & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the approved digital mockup. If you receive a defective order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before production begins for most custom orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zera Patches be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zera Patches operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
