Get Expert RecommendationEmbroidered vs. Woven: The Big Debate
The main difference lies in the manufacturing process. Embroidered patches use thicker threads stitched onto a base fabric, creating a classic, 3D textured look.
Woven patches are made by weaving thinner threads together to create the entire patch, including the design. This allows for much higher detail, thinner profiles, and readable small text that embroidery simply can't achieve.
Choose Embroidered for a classic, professional, and "patch-like" feel.
Choose Woven if your logo has fine lines, gradient effects, or small lettering.
